With such a large panhellenic community here at Alabama it is impossible to fit any one sorority into single categories. stop making houses bottom tier because they don’t sleep with you at swaps. give credit where credit is due. our panhellenic has amazing girls and we should build each other up instead of tear each other down.

THIS!!!! why do people hype up sororities like DDD and Kappa when new row sororities have way better grades and involvement than them??? I don’t know if I would put XO in the southern recruiting category because they have gotten more out of state girls over the years.

Chi O’s idea of OOS is Mississippi, so does not count for much “diversity”
They always want to get the mobile and Montgomery private school pnms from the “right” cliques then only end up with a few and then fillers. They end up doing ok in the end each year though because they attract a certain type (like girls that went to summer camps together since they were little)

Houses can recruit from anywhere they want and that doesn’t make them better or worse. I’d rather be in a house with great mostly southern girls than in a house with girls from all over and those girls have bad grades, low involvement and questionable reputations. Not sure why y’all put so much emphasis on what states house pull from. It’s quality that matters. Not geography.

ddd is usually top 4 or 5 in grades, guess pulling the pretty grades hurt their gpa rank a bit

Chi o probably has the worst problem with far OOS recruiting aside from AGD. The vast majority of their girls are from OOS, but Memphis and Mississippi girls are not any different from in state girls.
