rush chairs

Will I get to talk to rush chairs during rush? I have followed the rush chairs in the sororities I’m interested in. Just wondering if they will talk to girls

Each house is different. In some houses the rush chairs meet the top girls. In some they meet the girls on the bubble. In some they meet girls that have a special connection but the house is unsure if they want them. In some they just float meeting whoever.

It is also hard to read how you are doing based on who you talk to—because different houses all approach things uniquely

This gives me a good chance to encourage pnms not to read too much into who you talk to, but also a warning not to ignore it. If you are talking to officers -- like recruiting chair, philanthropy chair, social chair -- then you are obviously on their radar and have a great shot. You could be on the bubble or you may be on their "top" list, but its good. Officers don't waste time with pnms that are not of interest and not even sniffing the "bubble." The other thing to keep an eye on is who greets you and whether you seem to be around all the girls you ight see in their insta. Finally, and this is a signal that you are a top target, is who walks you out and whether you are walking out near or at the last for your group. The later the better and if you are on the arm of an officer or a recruiting team member, you should feel very good about things.
