Did not notice OP has AGD in middle. They are definitely a notch above top of new row, so they should be lower top. For sure. They have their vibe and have good girls, just wish they were more relevant and less insular.

solid general statement of how the houses are viewed around campus . bottom line is any old row is socially strong anywhere. Then the "top of new row" comes in, which are PBP, ZTA, ADPi. APHi comes in with the next slot because they have great social acceptance with the boys and can be found anywhere, but they have various issues with their reputation that hold them back from being top of new row with the others. In my personal opinion, DG is next, then AOII and GPhi. Theta is just so awkward but they have a decent percentage of pretty good members. I will refrain from further discussion of other new row because everyone can find a fit, in any house. Definitely even DZ or SK is way, way, way better than dropping and many great girls pledge there too.

APhi is hard to place but my opinion...GPhi is higher than AOPi or DG who are tied for the next spot.

DDD, AGD and XO are all top. You’re delusional if you think they’re not. Alpha Phi too high and AOPi is too low.
