What's each house's pros and cons

From observation and experience in the past, these three houses tend to attract the same type of Rushee. You could maybe throw Delt in there, but they are probably a tier below these three houses right now. None of these would be considered "elite" at UA, but having said that, they're good/decent and not known for being tryhards or wannabes.

Not DX, but Phi Delt has been marginal for a long time regardless of old row status, and Beta has failed to live up to expectations and dropped while DX has blown up lately. DX is full of themselves, but they're better than Beta or Phi Delt.

BETA: Was Medium > Medium

DX: Medium > Good

Phi Delt: Great > Bad > Good
