what is wrong with theta

What exactly is wrong with Theta? I know that they are not part of the machine, but that in and of itself obviously doesnt make them into a bad sorority and certainly not bad human beings?

Why is Theta always ranked so low?

a) you already asked this. b) literally nobody talks bad about theta - they’re just a bottom house. they don’t spark interest during rush and pretty much just get who they get in the end. doesn’t make them bad people. maybe a new house will help them out in the future.

Won't happen as long as girls are discouraged from Theta by tent talk and greekrank. The new house would just go right over Theta because it wouldn't already have a bad rep like Theta does. We need to be honest that they really are a good house and let girls have the real
choice.

I've never understood the low rank for Theta and quite frankly think it's completely unwarranted - especially these days.

They certainly bring much more to this campus than some of our higher ranked houses.
