It is fun to look at these ranks as they come up and try to identify the "agenda" behind the posts. It is sort of a search for "who does not belong there" sort of thing. Almost every time it is very clear. This one is an AOII effort to place on the "top of new row" tier. They used to be there, but over the past several years have lost status and they are now one notch down from this post, but at or near the top. So I would just move them to the first slot on the lower tier. With the new house and some classes that are more in line with where they were in the (now fairly distant past), maybe they creep up to the lower end of the tier with PBP/ZTA/ADPi, but they are not there now, that is for sure. Good and subtle post, though. Pretty well done.

AOII is definitely on their way up. Especially with their new house, they’re recruiting better and better girls every year. They get a lot of good girls who slip through the cracks in rush.

I think AOTT is definitely in the right spot. Toured their house this past fall. Beautiful! Great girls as well. Happy to see sorority life getting a mix from others. Congrats to all!

wtf. if you accept that there is no order in the tiers and just go with tiers, this is PERFECT. The thing that matters is desirability during recruitment and hands down the OP lays it out exactly the way it goes down in recruitment.

Also, there is one other outlier in the rank. AGD is not top. They are now well accepted as being in the middle tier when there are just a top, middle and lower tier. Good grades and cute girls, but just so irrelevant. None of the other old row houses consider them in their league, and it shows in recruitment and otherwise.
