kd, this needs to stop

KD has not been at their normal level the past few years and this year they did a little better. But the reality is that they get who they want almost every time because they generally want pnms that come from specific areas where "everyone" goes KD and they also have great legacy girls to pick from. KD is still the old money/establishment house and it counts for a lot actually. Where they fall off is not in the area of recruitment, but rather it is in the area of actual greek stuff, where they end up not doing much of anything other "being seen" in the right places.

Also- trust me, they often lose their top legacies and rushees. Especially those 3-5 years ago, but also in the last 2 classes.

KD is very middle class in parts of the state. That’s not a criticism , just a fact. Drives me crazy when these girls have to have clothes like everyone else etc, and their parents are hurting to fund that. There is no sorority here that is more well off than another. Those days have passed. Families paying out of state tuition and sorority dues are not hurting.
