differences

I am curious as to the differences in these houses: DZ, Pi Phi, Zeta, Alpha Phi.

They all seem the same to me. Thanks.

They are all basically the same..on the same level--middle to middle low.

DZ- mostly brunettes and Northern girls
ZTA- mostly blondes and dancers
Pi Phi- also many dancers and very good for new row might I add
Aphi- many girls that got dropped from every other house bc of grades....they tan a little too much

they all have great sisterhoods....pi phi has had a little drama just over the past year but overall a great sisterhood....the ONLY downfall about Aphi's sisterhood is that sometimes the girls tend not to know all of the members in their pledge class (and they really should).

DZ- hilarious girls...they will keep you laughing the whole day through..this is the house for you if you have a HUGE sense of humor
ZTA- a great time. these girls REALLY know how to let loose and party
APhi- love to party as well...super laid-back and don't care what anyone thinks of them
PiPhi-usually pretty down-to-earth and relatable...also like to have fun

So of the four, I take it you would rank Alpha Phi last. How would you rank the others?

Pi Phi has gone downhill in recent years. I would rank DZ higher than Pi Phi anD ZTA. ZTA also has never had a very good reputation.

Pi Phi is NOT top of New Row. maybe a few years ago...but now they are chubby and average in looks!! Not a top pick during rush this year...and not a top pick for swaps with Fraternities.
