upperclassmen rushing

I’m thinking of transferring and I’m interested in being in a sorority at Alabama but I heard that upperclassmen are now getting cut more now and I was wondering if being an upperclassman really hurt girls rushing and kept them out of top houses or if it’s just something people say happened to make themselves feel better. Did any upperclassmen actually get bids to any top houses. Which houses gave bids to upperclassmen?
