it was a toss up between KE, DTD, ATO and DX. Keep in mind, that in the movie, The Delta house was considered one of the worst and most uncouth.

"Back in the day" has it right. Old Row houses would be considered the "Omegas" of the "Animal House" movie, not the "Deltas". Haven't you seen the damn movie???
