I am from the north so I am not even trying for any old row houses. Can someone give me their ideas of new row? I am especially interested in Delta Gamma, they are strong in our area. What was their good and bad? But also, what about other new row?

Ok, I don't get this. You aren't "trying" for Old Row? Why? They take OOS girls. And all the New Row houses are great. Idk why you're narrowing your options like this. PNMs need to do a better job of utilizing their options. You could fall in love with Old Row and you screw yourself over by not being prepared. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but all the houses are great and only picking a few will SCREW YOU

You really have no choice. Stop wasting your time being "especially interested" in any house before recruitment. Wait and go through the week and see how you feel then. Just be prepared with recs for every house and letters in support.
