I don't know much about ZBT but my honest opinion about the other two is that DX throws somewhat bigger parties but the guys are generally immature and not the best to hang out with. Pike on the other hand throws a little smaller, more selective parties but the guys are generally more mature and more "boyfriend" like I guess is a good way to put it.
Just my two cents. Could vary for someone else though.

DX is full of mannerless d bags and Pikes are jersey shore guys with little to no manners as well.

May be better than Beta.
Behind PIKE, Pi Kapp, DX by a mile.
I like LXA and ZBT better than them.

in same conversation as OX in my 3 years here.
PIKE, DX, Pi Kapp all better than SX.
PIKE was ahead of SX by a mile when I got here, and DX has joined them, while Pi Kapp stays solid every year.
Not sure what campus you attend, but LXA and ZBT are both more than respectable .... The kids I know in ZBT and LXA are way less mediocre than any of the 10 SXs I know.

That would be more accurate if you replaced DX with Pi Kapp, they have better parties and better guys as a whole

PIKE & DX similar.
ZBT also good, but less Southern.
All 3 houses good. ZBT "ranked" lower than the other 2, but I like them better
