rush fall or spring

not sure if I should rush fall or spring? is there any advantages to fall over spring? or is there no difference? which one should I do and why

In the fall everyone who signs up can go through, all sororities participate, and about 2000 pnms get bids.

In the spring, it's COB, invitation only, only a handful of sororities participate, and only somewhere around 60 total pnms get COB bids.

There's not a "spring rush" like people keep wanting to talk about. It's just some sororities giving a few bids. It's not organized by panhellenic, there is no schedule, and you really have to already know people in the houses that are eligible to give bids. It's not a real option compared to fall.
