preparing for 2019 rush

I was wondering what ways should I prepare for rush for next year? Should I start gathering recs? Also, would loosing weight be optimal before rush??

Get your recs together and go on the uapanhellenic website. Weight is not an issue. we are were for sisterhood, not looks
