hair dont do anything crazy. either straight or curled, maybe a simple braid in the front. just however you are comfortable with your hair... some girls wear it up in a pony for philanthropy...
for makeup i recommend keeping it more on the natural side. if you have bad skin you can wear more full coverage foundation, just please no smokey eyes or bright colors on the eyes or lips. i also would stay away from false lashes unless you KNOW youre comfortable in them and you can apply them very well.
the girls you talk to are very close to your face so just think about that when doing your makeup.

What about scheduling nails or even a spray tan in T-town right before rush week. We’re moving in early, so I’m guessing this is possible but how hard is it to get an appt. How early can you schedule something out. What are the best places for a mani-pedi any advice is welcome thanks

Just look like a more elevated version of yourself. If you going to a work interview or a daytime coffee date, what would you do for your hair and makeup? Also, if your hair is poker straight in your Panhellenic picture but your hair is naturally corkscrew curls, please go as close to your picture hair (as possible) for IWT. Obviously if you have drastically cut your hair, that isn’t an option. But it is best for the first round to be as close to your picture as possible. Then, for other rounds, go ahead and switch it up a bit ( if you want) to show us your personal style. I personally went wavy for IWT ( like my picture), straight down and pony tail for philanthropy, wavy with a braiding detail in front for sisterhood, and wavy, half up for pref.
