outfits for rush?

Couple questions:
Good places to get dresses? Online?

And what is best to wear? How do we know what is considered fancy enough for each day? Are patterns okay for open house or would you say solids are better.

For IWT round, would platform sandals be good to wear? They're not exactly wedges but they're not really like sandals either. They're really cute though, not Tevas or anything. Would those be good to wear or should I go for a different type of sandal?? thx

What if the dress is short-fingertip length-but flowy-with a full coverage high top? What is too short if it is not tight? I know I can’t wear tight dresses. Thanks for your help!

try sitting in it and have a friend sit on the ground in front of you and check how much leg is showing/if they can see too much. If the flowyness means it doesn't hike up too much then it'll probably be fine.
