I'm an upcoming senior in high school and a Phi Delt legacy at UA. I've seen a bunch of negative things about Phi Delt on here and that they are at the very bottom of old row. How are things looking for them in the future?

I think they're on the rise. They had a pretty good pledge class this year, better than KA's for sure. Not far behind SAE's and EN's. Only old row pledge classes that were significantly better were Phi Gam and DKE. Their new house isn't going to do anything but help, and if I'm not mistaken, they're getting off probation for this upcoming year. Wouldn't be surprised if they're doing pretty well within the next year or two.

years. They cannot get anything but better, and they have a great legacy at UA
