When do Fraternities give out bids? I've gone to a couple of parties in april, but no bids? how does this process work?

Bids are given out when they know they want someone whether it be in the spring, summer, or even when school starts. Stay in touch with rush chairs, but don't be annoying, just talk about meeting up with them when you come in town; don't sound desperate.
