Is a 3.2 / 3.3 GPA decent for rush?

It's pretty low.

It's OK. You might get dropped by a couple. Or your sparkling personality might make up for it. I wouldn't worry about it.

Too late to do anything about it now.
Polish your resume, and get recs for EVERY sorority. Practice your conversation skills. Can you talk to someone you've never met before? If not, learn how and practice.
And as you go through rush, keep all your options open.

My GPA is 3.39 but I have a good resume and recs. Is that ok?

You do meet the technical gpa requirements however you must remember that youre going to be essentially "competing" against thousands of girls, hundreds of which will have 4.0 or higher grade points. Ive seen pnms come through with 4.0, SGA(class officers), leadership positions in other clubs, beautiful, good philanthropic contributions, great people skills, glowing recs, and an altogether stellar resumes. With these qualities shed appear to be exactly what any house would want. However, the pnm in question was not even invited back after the first round, to her favorite house. Stuff happens, no matter how perfect you are rush will be a disappointment unless youre prepared for a lot of rejection. Rush can be a very positive experience but so many pnms come in with ideas thatre unrealistic and that doesnt help anyone.
