Both of these houses are small and completely insignificant on the national scene. That's why we haven't had them before. I think it's going to improve things for the bottom group of houses to have SK here because it will be the one the girls are desperate to drop. Not trying to be mean, that's just the way it goes. If it were a large nationally known house they might have a better chance. Wishing the well, though.

I just looked it up SK was here in the 1930’s until the 60’s and the. Again in the 80’s to 1996

This is why no one should ever listen to these oh so wise, all knowing anonymous posts on greek rank. Not only are they literally incorrect, but they make assertions that are impossible to prove but say it like it’s law. XYZ chapter is going to benefit bottom sororities because every PNM will be trying to drop them since they’re new and nationally weak. Yet every house has weak or strong chapters at different schools, and every PNM is going to want something different. There’s literally no way to predict how SK’s colonization will go, so why don’t we just welcome them with open arms? If you really think they’re going to be a designated bottom chapter and won’t be competition, then why bother tearing them down? The only chapters who gain from PNMs thinking they’ll be bad are ones who see them as a threat, because they don’t have a negative stigma yet. So next time you see someone dragging SK before they’re even here, think about who has the most to gain.
