Phi Psi is way too low, they should be after Beta. As a girl in a sorority, I can say that a lot of girls (not just in my sorority but in a lot of other ones) really like the guys from Phi Psi

Phi Psi is not on the same tier as Beta, ATO, Pi Kapp, or even Delta Chi. Give them a couple years. The new house helps but they are weird guys still

Phi Psi should be placed right before Sig Ep. They're on Univ Blvd so that automatically bumps them up, plus believe it or not but a lot of girls actually like them.

Very accurate for first 3 tiers. I'd consider bumping down Pike to 3rd tier though
