rotc students in a fraternity

I'm gonna be a freshman this fall and I was hoping I could rush and join a fraternity. My main issue is that I'm going to be in the ROTC program as pat of a scholarship. My question is, are there fraternities at Alabama with other ROTC students in them, or are there specific fraternities that may be a little more lenient with my attendance to events. I've always wanted to be in a fraternity and I will go to every possible event. However, if there are events going on for both ROTC and the fraternity at the same time, ROTC will be my priority.

Some fraternities won't care if you're ROTC, some will. It really depends on the house. Also, you would have to clear that up with your pledge trainer to make sure you're fine

Be honest when rushing houses. That's part of the rush process, asking questions. When you start homing in on the ones that seem to be good possibilities for you and you have been there a few times and met some people, just tell them you're ROTC and explain your concerns. We will appreciate that you're serious about your commitments.
