Theta enjoyed a successful recruitment this year! Everyone knows Panhel does not make you take more than quota. We had lots of awesome women come back to our house and we wanted to keep them!

They took so many girls to pay for their new house they want. Problem is they aren't going to get the house because its in a location you cant build on. Sucks for that big pledge class promised a bigger house.
