Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.7 Mixed bag of weirdos and sweet girls that fell through the cracks. Super competitive about Greek Week, Derby Days etc. I can’t tell w their sisterhood if it really is great or super faked. Not a terrible option, I know some super nice and fun girls here. Only thing is they are a lot more wild than they look. I lived w 2 DGs and a KKG freshman year and let me tell you, while the Kappa and her friends went out more, the DGs were way more into other substances. Doesn’t speak for all of them of course but I was shocked.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.7 Hung out with a bunch of them yesterday and all I can say is that I'm really disappointed in them. They were just okay and not the most kind. Not sure how I feel.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.8 Stayed with them till the end of rush, pledged a different house. While i love my sorority, I am still very impressed by DG and have a lot of respect for them.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.8 I hate posting anything negative about a sorority, so I'd like to start with a disclaimer that the ONLY reason DG is "bottom" tier at UA is because their chapter was reinstated so recently. From rush, they seemed like they had one of the best sisterhoods, and stay involved on campus with their philanthropy work. Give them a few more years and I'm confident their reputation will improve!

They have a ways to go, but they have done better each and every year and pledge class. I'd say they are middle tier, even if they barely make they cut off at bottom of middle tier. I've met all kinds of girls, mostly nice.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.8 I think other sororities need to cut them some slack. Although they're new, they're definitely climbing up in the ranks (unlike other sororities staying in the same spot.) "Newness" is irrelevant when you're obviously making progress. Keep doing what they're doing and they could be damn good sorority.
