I always feel like im bullied in this sorority and I know the freshman tbat joined already hate it. So many girls have talked about dropping recently so no alpha phi does not ever deserve to be top tier not will they ever be

If you are so unhappy you should leave. Seems like you don't take any of our values seriously as exemplified by you putting down your sister on here. A sister who truly understood these values would have brought it up directly to her chapter and sisters rather than an anonymous board.
