Pi Kapp is honestly a Mid Tier Fraternity, probably around 10 or 11. They used to be REALLY good back in the day before they started getting in trouble all the time

Any of the top 12 or so fraternities at Alabama would be considered top tier on almost any campus. Pi Kapp certainly is not number one but they're hardly a joke.

Not that it matters now, but Pi Kap used to be THE house to pledge on new row. They were dominant. But, like Kappa Sig and Delta Chi, they hit trouble, got tossed off campus and never came back as strong as they once were. ATO was once in the same boat. The Only reason ATO is strong again is because nationals cleaned house
