The Sammy guys are honestly really fun. Super underated as far as frats go tbh. I mean I get they aren't the biggest but that has never stopped them from having fairly solid events and brothers.

Tbh I have no idea why/how theta xi pulled off getting a house on jeffy. There parties aren't that great and when they worked with Sig Pi they got WAY over charged.
