Theta did as well as usual (can't move up from the top), DG pulled their rich girls but actually lost their best to other houses. Alpha Phi got some very pretty girls, making up for their '15 rush. Kappa and Tridelt are at an interesting place, Kappa did not do well this year but Tridelt did very well. SDT and Pi Phi are kind of stagnating while AEPhi did an incredible job. KD is slipping and AZD did really well. AXO isn't changing much but PSS had a particularly bad rush. Phi Mu is still bottom.

Lol probs cause Pi Phi doesn't mix with good frats while SDT mixes with top/upper tier frats

Pi Phi is a nice house, no doubt, but they just don't party or mix with the top frats. Or even frats in general. They have a pretty lame social schedule but strong sisterhood. SDT parties hard and isn't as nice, so it depends on how you rank. Hotness? Eh, same. Social? Pi Phi < SDT. Opportunity to get laid? SDT. Mixing? Same - both are lame.

i have to agree with this...alpha phi's new pc is miles ahead of their pc last year, but still not as good as dg

APHI is either top or middle all over. They are at the better schools and don't go into too many random universities like DDD and others do. They have nationwide appeal, unlike DDD again, Zeta, etc. that are regional at best. You don't know much about greek orgs, do you?

Seriously, you think because a mediocre pc at Alpo Feast is better than last year's less-than, their rankings should increase? Miles ahead of 0 is still low. Middle tier at best.
