under quota?

Unfortunately I didn't get a bid from anywhere but I'm still definitely interested in being involved in Greek Life!
Does anyone know which houses were definitely under quote/ might give out snap bids or which houses are participating in informal recruitment or how that works? THANK YOU!

Phi Mu actually went over quota; they got 63 girls when the quota was 40-something

It's already up. They have an interesting mix of girls... Some are really pretty/cute but some make you wonder why they even rushed which I think brings the overall image of the pc down. What do you guys think?

FYI in most cases if a house already cut you, they won't consider you for a snap bid. They see it as a waste of time (if we didn't want you a week ago, why would we want you now?) This applies to houses who were even under quota.
Snap bids and COB are ways of picking up girls who either didn't go through formal recruitment or for girls who dropped out (before getting cut)
