srat/frats reality

Everybody trying to grind this site is unbearable. The reality is that every house here offers something different. The mixing schedules are:
C4: Aphi, DG, Theta, KKG - AD, DU, Sigchi, Snu
Next 4: Azd, SDT, Aephi, Pi Phi - Chi Psi, Dx, ZBT, Sig pi
The reality is each house is better in certain areas and worse in certain areas. This is just the mixing schedule.
