Mid frats for freshman

I'm an incoming freshman and feel I still want a fun frat that is less time committment. Between the mids like pike, pikapp, sae and lambda, what are each's vibes and most recent classes like. Any suggestions?

Lambda is the best out of all of those the others are not really worthwhile
