informal recruitment

if we don’t like our options for spring formal recruitment then is there an option for informal recruitment (ie through cob snap bids etc) and how would i go about doing that??

Lots of frats will be doing COB, mostly mids and below. Those frats will reach out to pnms who don’t accept bids by the deadline. Also wouldn’t be surprised if even some top houses do snap bids with how bad cross rush is going for some of them.
