Which frat takes the most sophomores and which takes the least/ none?

Every frat is willing to take sophomores if they’re quality guys. If you haven’t rushed a top frat already don’t bother. I’d look first at upper mid/regular mid and maybe use a lower as a backup

What about upper houses like Sig Pi, Chi Psi or DX?

If you have connections with those houses already and really hit it off perhaps but you’d be way better off at this list: Chi phi, lambda, Pikapp, pike, phi tau, psk, and Fiji. If you have connections maybe look at ZBT and if you’re into agriculture maybe AGR but these are really the prime houses for spring rush
