Why doesn’t Sigchi throw at their house?

I always wondered this. Is it because 410 is just better? I’ve never been inside their house but it seems like it’s huge inside and would be good for parties

they can't throw at their house bc its off-campus and neighbors complain

this is right. sig chi can't have parties at their house because of noise complaint lawsuits from their neighbors. its basically like always being on social probation and only being able to throw at their annex.

They can throw at the house, they just don’t do it often

I’ve heard that they used to a couple years ago. But as of the past like two they won’t do anything bigger than a pregame. Neighbors along w the fact that it’s in Cayuga heights mean they’ll only ever throw at their annex.
