Physical house rankings:
1. Deke: huge palatial house on west
2. rockledge: beautiful cliffside house
3. Kappa sigma: small house on west
4. Phi delt: decent house but horrible location on north
Mixing rankings:
1. Kappa sigma: 1 mid tridelt mixer
2. Deke: used to mix with pss, nothing now
3. Rockledge: has 1 or 2 sweethearts in sororities
4. Phi delt: N/A
Brotherhood rankings:
1. DKE: great brotherhood, nerdy guys
2. Kappa sig: decently tight, some bots
3. Phi delt: chillers
4. Rockledge: disjointed brotherhood currently
Rep on campus:
1. Phi delt: gets left alone
2. Kappa sig: used to be a meme, shaking it off
3. Rockledge: quintessential freshman frat
4. Was shaking off meme status but now shmurda got cancelled
