biggest changes I’ve seen here

been here a while, here’s what’s changed
DU - once the baseball and southern money house, they’ve fallen super hard
Sig Pi - used to be on par with sig phi, also got slayed in rush like DU but maybe has a change of coming back
Chi Psi - some weird guys but somehow consistently improved their standing year on year while I’ve been here. carried by Lord Rocco tho
PiKapp/PSK - used to be upper-mid houses that hazed a lot. now they’re nothing

If you've actually been here a while, I seriously question your judgement. SigPi has never been on par with SigPhi literally ever. PiKapp has never been upper mid. And the last time PSK was upper mid was like 2016, which unless you're a PHD student, I doubt you were here to witness.
