Phi Tau grind is insane

I see so many rankings putting Phi Tau above frats like Pikapp, Pike, and even PSK when they should be below all of them. Smallest physical house, only mixes with AXO, and the kids are all pretty weird. Freshmen beware.
Mixing schedules for reference:
Pikapp: sometimes SDT and AZD, Pi Phi, AEPhi, Tridelt
Pike: Pi Phi, AEPhi, KD, Tridelt
PSK: KD, Tridelt, AXO
Phi Tau: AXO

Lollllll being a sweetheart from phi tau I don’t think a single member has ever been on this app. I’ve never seen pike mix with piphi and they barely have aephi, and this weekend pike, piphi, and KD were all at phi tau. Pike is also on SOPRO, I haven’t been to their house in a year
