How selective are mid (i.e. C4) houses?

I generally regard myself as a chill person and sort of an introvert but am decently sociable and can get along well with others. I do not plan on rushing for upper mid and higher houses this fall but aiming mostly for the C4 houses (Pike, Phi Tau, etc) as I want a chiller brotherhood with a decent amount of partying. How difficult would you say, for a transfer sophomore, is it to get a bid at one of these houses? Should I add some 'safeties' to my list?

If you’re a genuinely nice guy, get along with the brothers, and show clear interest in one house over the other, you will get in. These houses plaxe great emphasis on brotherhood, so if you’re a fun guy to be around, I think you’ll get in

if youre a likeable guy, youll get in. you do not need to have wealth/looks etc to get a bid at a C4 mid house
