actual helpful info for frosh

if you are social and like to party and have lots of events - any of the top 6 srats and all frats through c4mid
if you care about grades/involvement but still want to be social - kkg, sdt, sigphi, chi psi, dx, zbt, lambda
if you are wealthy and want to be around other wealthy people - dg, kkg, sdt, sig chi, ad, sig phi, chi psi, dx, zbt
if you want more diversity - theta, kd, ddd, sigpi, lambda, kappa sig, sig nu, generally most "lower" frats and probably the frats coming back to campus will be diverse
if you want to make very close friends with minimal drama - dg, sdt, piphi, aephi, axo, sig chi, sig phi, chi psi, zbt, chi phi, pike

theta is where they should be, for diversity (where sdt is not LOL)
azd is probably included in the top 6 srats (theta definitely is)
honestly i think it's pretty accurate, whoever wrote it.azd and theta aren't the wealthiest houses and don't have very high GPAs like the others. azd def has drama. i actually don't think theta has so juch drama but they have such a mix that there are lots of random friend groups that don't really hang out in certain MCs

not my post and agree drama everywhere but some houses (srats AND FRATS TOO!) can be challenging if you are not in a certain core group or don't have a friend group right away. others do a better job of being more inclusive but obviously there will be some level of drama anywhere
