Year of the restarts?

Next year a lot of restarting frats are getting their houses back (Fiji, SAE, Llenroc)... what do you think the potential is for these houses next rush?

they’re still utterly irrelevant and have no existing social scene to build off of, so they’ll really have to put the leg work in if they want a good rush
