DKE has a castle and is also a top house. Very hard to get a bid there though

DKE is a clown house. I will admit the physical house is very nice tho

AD, Llenroc, ChiPsi, SAE, Beta, SigChi, TDX, Fiji, PhiDry,

Deke's is decent but not as good as these ones

Sororities:
AZD and then everyone else

Fraternities:
AD, ChiPsi, SigChi, Llenroc, SAE, Beta etc, lot's of good options

I’ve looked at most of the frats and in my opinion the nicest is right on the slope, Sig Pi. They have a nice layout and looks great in white

AZD house is literally a mansion and AD has beautiful architecture

To be fair, AZD lives in the old Theta Chi frat house, so it was never intended to house a sorority

who cares? u live in a srat/frat for 1-2 years at most. it's the people that are important - they could be friends for life
