When Sig Phi gets kicked for real, Chi Psi is the logical house to fill the void. They arguably have the best physical house/property and historically have been a top house, so it’s only a matter of time before they retake the throne so to speak. Not in Chi Psi, but just laying it out there.

I dont get how u chi psi kids think adding a disclaimer at the end is gonna make everyone think its not u. No one is writing a detailed paragraph on why chi psi is a top house besides kid in the house

Look up rankings on college confidential from the 2010s prior, they were the top house along with Psi U

This is not only completely deranged wishful thinking but it’s also dead wrong. Chi Psi has a nice house but it’s filled with weirdos and losers, true squids who grind Greek rank all day and are mocked by all other houses. They will never even replace DU, who tanked this year, let alone Sig Phi. Get real. Your grinding doesn’t magically make you cool. In fact, quite the opposite. You are pitied, not admired. Know the difference
