Most Respected Houses on Campus

A lot of ranks focus on popularity and sorority relations. But for once I want to make a different type of list: the houses that are respected the most - their brothers are genuinely great people, girls feel safe at their parties, and they contribute positively to the university.
In no particular order:
Phi Tau
Pike
Chi Phi
Lambda
