What is Kappa Kappa Karnival?

Been hearing a lot of rumors about this event KKG apparently held, but 1. Did actually happen (if so yikes) 2. What happened during the event?

It was their bid day theme. KKK. They wore white hats and shirts as well. Def knew what they were doing
