MID FRAT RANKS 2023 (with descriptions)

What’s up guys, just wanted to give a quick overview of the “mid” frats: the frats that are still relevant but mix with lower tier sororities.

Top of Mid:
Chi Phi/Lambda
These two neighboring frats mix with similar sororities (mostly upper mid) but have totally different vibes. Chi Phi is very strongly an athletic frat while Lambda is a little less traditional and has more of an artsy feel. Both took strong PCs and will at least maintain their current standing in the ranks, if not move up.

Near Top:
Pike/Pikapp
Both of these frats took really large (20+ man) PCs but largely bid for numbers over fit. They mix mainly with mid sororities (KD, AEPhi, Pi Phi) and sometimes with upper mid. Time will tell how their new PCs do and they’re not out of the question to move up in ranks. They have pretty different vibes, with Pikapp being a little bit rowdier and Pike a little bit more laid-back. Pikapp has an awesome looking house, while Pike has a great location. They’re like the yin and yang of mid frats.

Middle:
Phi Tau
These guys had a solid rush but Pikapp took a lot of their guys apparently. Also worth mentioning they’re in a worse house, and they mainly mix with lower sororities (AXO, DDD). Super nice guys though.

Bottom of Mid:
PSK
These guys are hanging onto mid status because they technically do still mix, but it’s with mostly bottom sororities. When they throw bigways they normally have to invite one of the higher ranked fraternities on this list to get girls to pull up. House is cool and in a great location though, tons of potential in the future.
