Currently Overrated Houses

There are a couple houses that are really overrated in a lot of ranks. Here they are:
Chi Psi: Like to put themselves as a top frat and are grinding to get into the core four. Reality is that the brotherhood sucks and there are better frats to join that mix the same.
DX: Currently trying to grind and convince everyone that because they took one pretty good PC they deserve to be above DU. They’re still an insanely dysfunctional frat.
Lambda: They like to put themselves on the same level as ZBT/Chi Phi when they realistically mix the same as the tier below them. Also always in trouble and can’t throw.
Phi Tau: Mixes pretty much exclusively with AXO/Tridelt, and hangs out with PSK, but is ranked higher in some cases than frats that mix better than that (Pikapp/Pike). Nice guys but ranks seem off.
