Pike vs Pikapp vs Phi tau

Pike: prob the largest house of the three, good west campus location. nice guys and well-liked in general, mix pretty well with mid tier sororities. parties are eh
Phi Tau: small house on the knoll with a small but tight brotherhood. won’t throw as often but their events have been really fun as of late. huge stoner house with nice guys too, mix slightly worse than pike but still liked amongst mid tier sororities.
Pikapp: house also on north, probably the most known for parties and being “fratty” of the three. most clout of the three houses but also known to be questionable/creepy at times. very good relations w mid sororities and some upper mid ones on occasion.

facts. PSK is done for and far below the other 3. looks like rush isn’t going well for them either

Ngl all three houses are pretty chill. Go w where you feel the most comfortable. Social experience is almost similar w little ups and downs that happen every year
