Which srat has the best physical house

all the houses are fine, some are slightly better than others but you live there for one year and you could be friends with these girls for a lifetime so maybe the house shouldn't be a big factor.
that being said, if you still really care about "lifestyle" stuff:
azd has the nicest house
kappa has a dormer
aephi couldn't fit all of their pledge class in the house (not sure if that was only this year)
theta is the only house on west which can be considered a pro or con (i think pro)
kappa/aphi have closest location to campus on north
piphi is the farthest away (but nice house)
