This needs to be said about srats

If you’re choosing a house strictly because of rankings, you’re going to be disappointed. You end up spending a lot of time with these people and if you choose a house because their instagram posts only show designer clothes in exotic places, you’re an idiot and you’ll probably regret it.
The houses with the nicest girls with the most substance are theta, SDT, aephi and KD. They are some beautiful girls in all of these houses. The difference is, that isn’t the ONLY criteria.
One exception- the girls in dg and kappa are super nice if you’re a millionaire from nyc, Greenwich or some Latin American country.

substance is a key word here. the women in these srats listed aren't so focused on ranks etc because they have a lot of other things going on for them
