Not sure if you can really rank niceness but you can certainly distinguish houses that are nice overall - to other people, girls in other houses AND to girls inside their own house (no drama over guys, no excluding girls outside of main friend groups, friend groups get along well)

Nice: theta, SDT, piphi, aephi, axo, pss

Not so nice: dg, aphi, kappa, AZD, kd, ddd

From the girls ive met and talked to from these sorities:

Nice: Pi phi, KD, SDT, Theta (personally never had an issue but ive heard some problematic things), AXO, Aphi

Mean: DG (biggg one if ur not extremely rich), kappa (super cliquey, if ur not in, youre very out), AZD, AEPHI (met some rude girls but honestly dont know too many)

(disclaimer obvs a few girls doesnt mean tge whole chapter is like this, but its my opinion)
